Constitution & By-Laws

The Association shall have the following Elected Officers, Elected Directors and Appointed Representatives.  They shall serve for a term of one year beginning June 1st following installation and ending the following May 31st.  Elected officers may succeed themselves in the same office only once.  Exceptions to this policy shall be approved by majority of the votes cast by the General Membership during the nomination.  Elected Directors may succeed themselves any number of times.
